Tavus Conversation with Recording

  1. Setup your own Amazon S3 bucket to receive recordings. Full instructions from Daily.co (our video meeting provider) are here.
  2. Create a Tavus Conversation. Refer to the documentation.
  3. Make sure to set enable_recording to true, and provide the proper values (from Step 1) for:
    • recording_s3_bucket_name
    • recording_s3_bucket_region
    • aws_assume_role_arn
  4. Once you have a Tavus Conversation URL (e.g., https://tavus.daily.co/cc12345abcde), paste it in the box and join the meeting. You can now experiment with the buttons to start and stop the recording using the Daily-JS SDK.
